The Tactical Studies Group, Inc.  "TSG" is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to honoring the sacrifices made by the men and women of America's armed forces during this nation's greatest conflict, World War Two, by educating our current generations through the programs we promote.

We are a diverse group of individuals and their family members whose interests include the history of WWII and the collection of war and homefront memorabilia from the period.  Although our members interests vary, we share a common goal of honoring America's veterans and helping to preserve a part of history for future generations.  Preservation of period airplanes, vehicles and other artifacts are major interests of our members, as are public and private living history displays, battle reenactments, USO style shows and media projects.

We work in cooperation with community and civic organizations such as the American Red Cross, veterans organizations, museums, as well as federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Department of Defense, Illinois Department of Natural Resources and others.  

What We Do

TSG members are historians, reenactors and researchers.  The goal of our organization is to educate the general public about the accomplishments of what has been described as Americas "greatest generation".  We are determined to preserve the memory of those who sacrificed the most to insure our liberty in the face of the tyranny that gripped the world in the early 20th century.

We accomplish this by:

• Creating public educational displays
  
• Reenacting in public battles
• Providing school systems with educational programs
• Video and film work
• Tactical reenactments (private)
• Researching the historical accuracy of people, places and things as they occurred during the great conflict
